GENERAL DESCRIPTION: In order to support recent College expansion and the upcoming STEM Complex, the College needs to increase capacity of the Chilled Water Plant. This project will take the potential build-out through 2023 into consideration during design. The project will investigate the use of thermal storage and free-cooling heat exchangers. When completed, the chiller plant will provide N+1 chilled water capacity to the campus.
